John “Jack” Headington, age 95, of Decorah, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Wellington Place in Decorah.
A memorial service will be held at Helms Funeral Home on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 11 a.m., with a 1-hour visit prior.
Visitation will be on Sunday, November 3, 2024, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Helms Funeral Home, Decorah.
