David Phillips, age 80 of Decorah, passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah.
Services are pending with the Schluter-Balik Funeral Home, Decorah.
He is survived by his wife: Cynthia Phillips of Decorah.
