CECELIA “ANN” COLLINS died Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019, at Winneshiek Medical Center after a brief illness. A celebration of Ann’s life is at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20, at Wellington Place, 2479 River Road, Decorah, with Rev. Melissa Bills presiding. Burial is at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Galena, Ill. The Schluter-Balik Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Ann is survived by her guardians, Ruth Ann and Kevin Kearney, as well as her beloved family at Wellington Place, along with many cousins and her family pets Sheldon, Zoey, Maggie, Ireland and Odie. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Thomas; her guardians, Stella and Ralph Hammel; and many aunts and uncles.
