‘Tin, Rust & Harmony’ owner Jones facing new charges

New felony charges were filed in Fillmore County, Minn., against Mindy Jones of Waterloo, formerly of Waukon, and Harmony, Minn., Dec. 6. Jones is the subject of several charges stemming back several months.
