Third and Fourth grade girls invited to ‘Girls on the Run’

At an age when girls’ confidence begins to decline, they need a program that reminds them of their excellence. Compared to organized sports or other clubs, Girls on the Run uplifts the whole girl – mind, body and soul.

Girls on the Run will be at John Cline Elementary this spring. Head coaches Erin Shaw and Chauncy Eggland are piloting this ten week after school program for any third or fourth grade girls in Decorah. Assistant coaches are Laurie Meinholz and Erin Anderson. Many other volunteers from the community have also committed to this program. Online registration opens up Friday, January 20.
