South Winn summer projects approved

The South Winneshiek School Board approved several summer projects at their recent meeting. 

The board unanimously approved the resurfacing of the high school tennis court and track at a cost of $65,150. The installation of cameras for the elementary and middle school in Ossian were also approved at a cost of $7,896.28.

The sale of 225 Chromebook computers being cycled out of student use will be sold July 10-11. Computers will be wiped of all information and will be sold with chargers. 

Lastly, it was determined for the 2023-24 school year that South Winn will continue the sharing agreements with Howard-Winneshiek School District for Operation and Maintenance Director, Transportation Director and Superintendent.
