The sheriff’s report listed Snyder and three other individuals — 38-year-old Christopher Charles Zidlicky of Ridgeway, 27-year-old Drake Edward Folkedahl of Ridgeway and 35-year-old Daniel Dwight Holzer of Cresco — as having various degrees of possible injuries. The report went on to say the occupants of the UTV were able to exit the vehicle, and at least two were transported to separate hospitals by private means, according to the sheriff’s report. Law enforcement was notified of the accident by a third party approximately four hours after it had occurred, according to the report. Damage to the UTV was estimated at $9,000.

Deputies located the vehicle a short time later and determined Soppe’s license had been suspended. They attempted to place Soppe under arrest for operating while intoxicated, but the deputies said the woman refused to exit the vehicle or follow commands and “made comments about bringing a storm on us if we arrested her.” She was eventually removed from the car and placed under arrest. Separate court records show she was later charged with driving while licenses suspended.
All people listed may face charges and should be presumed innocent until their case is reviewed through the legal process.
