The Iowa State Fair/Celebration Iowa Singers & Jazz Band will host a 40th reunion in Decorah July 28-30. The ensemble, which has featured hundreds of talented Iowa high school students over it’s history, was founded back in the summer of 1983 during the height of the farm crisis in the state.
