No, not a poem, rather more like a paean of praise for Decorah. Early this September I will have lived longer with a Decorah mailing address than any other place. Thirty years.

The spotted lanternfly is an invasive species related to the aphid. The pest, averaging one and a half inches in size, has been causing havoc as it spreads. Infestations have reached 14 states.
