More than 25 Decorah businesses will show support for Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum this Saturday for the Vesterheim Commons Dedication. The Commons, a strikingly modern, three-story building (adding 7,600 square feet of interior space to the Vesterheim campus) was designed by international architecture firm Snøhetta and had its soft opening during the community’s Nordic Fest celebration at the end of July.
