There are times when I long for the olden days of newspaperism (no, not a real word, but perhaps it should be). County auditor reports record turnout for special election

Results from last week’s special election are now official. The Winneshiek County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the election results during its regular meeting Monday morning. The Decorah Community School District posed a pair of proposals to the public on Sept. 10 in preparation for a $38 million bond measure in November.
