NICC’s tuition-free healthcare initiative leads to additional program offerings

The tuition-free healthcare program initiative spearheaded by Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) has lead to record enrollment and program expansion. College officials report the initiative is helping recruit and train more of the area's most sought-after employees.
