New Minowa Players seek show directors

The New Minowa Players Board of Directors has issued a call for show directors for the 2023-2024 season.

The Minowa Players board of directors is seeking show directors for their 2023-2024 season.

Show proposals are due by March 30 for the season which runs August 2023 through July 2024.

A show proposal form can be found at newminowaplayers.org.

The season includes the following show types: Young People’s Production performed in August (this show is for actors junior high through college age); Children’s Show performed in October (this show is for actirs in 1st through 8th grades); Creative Venture performed in November (this time slot is available for a cabaret, a show or some other creative endeavor and it must be some sort of live theatrical performance); Family Show performed in January (this show should be suitable for family viewing and actors are generally adults and sometimes with youth); the Spring Show which is performed in March or April (this is a versatile time slot); and finally, the summer musical which is performed in June (this show is performed in the Decorah High School auditorium).
