Blood donors needed for Battle of the Badges Feb. 17

RSVP of Northeast Iowa and the American Red Cross are holding the “Battle of the Badges” Blood Drive from 12-5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at Stone Ridge Community Church, 1111 Montgomery Street in Decorah.
