Allamakee Co. ATV/UTV group seeks permanent trail space

The coronavirus pandemic has done nothing to slow down ATV and UTV riders in Allamakee County, Iowa.
In fact, Allamakee County ATV/UTV Club president Beau Bennett says the pandemic has increased the number of active members in the club.
