IUB denies City’s complaint regarding MEU

Mental health is top concern on Winneshiek Medical Center’s Community Health Assessment

Woman rescued on Upper Iowa River

A 9-1-1 call came in to the local law enforcement center shortly after noon on Wednesday, July 13, reporting a woman was screaming for help as she was clinging to a branch of a downed tree in the Upper Iowa River near the 5th Ave Bridge.
