Highway 18 road closure begins March 1

A bridge deck replacement project on a U.S. 18 bridge 0.6 miles west of the east junction with U.S. 52 in Clayton County will require closing the roadway to traffic beginning on Wednesday, March 1, until early fall, weather permitting, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s New Hampton construction office.
